While relocation as a solution could maintain the river environment, it would cost a fortune. On the other hand, river dams could save money, but it would affect the land's fertility by keeping the water on reservoirs behind the dams. The Northeast residential area and the Northwest Industrial parks will be resituated to be more further to the North away from the affected land, in terms of the relocation solution.
