Limestone and clay are the main equipment to create cement. On the other hand four things need for making concrete like water, sand, small stones and the last one is cement, but cement is the main ingredient. The main difference between two process is that the concrete mixer does not work with the heat.
First break the limestone and clay in the crasher. Powder can be obtained after break those two things. Then mix the powder properly in the mixer. After mixing properly, heat the powder on the rotating heater. Afterwards the mixture goes into a grinder where the cement comes out. In the end of the process the cement is packed into bags.
The concrete production process starts with the mixing of 15% cement and 10% water. Then add 25 % sand and 50% small stones. Afterwards mix those four things in the concrete mixer then the concrete comes out.
