The diagram showsthe brick manufacturing process. Xy1VE
The diagram shows how the bricks, which are used in buildings, are formed. The process experiences 7 steps, starting with digging clay and finishing with delivery.
To begin with, the clay under the ground is dug up by the digger. Then, they are placed on the metal grid and are forced into small pieces. These pieces are transported to the next stage by a roller.
In the following step, the clay is mixed with sand and water. This mixture can be formed into bricks by either wire cutter or mould. Then, they are put into drying oven for 24 to 48 hours.
After drying, the bricks continue to be placed in a kiln at a moderate heat, then switch to higher-heat kiln, from 870oC– 1300oC. Subsequently, they are refrigerated in a cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours.
Finally, the bricks are taken out and packed into cubes. Then, they are delivered to the construction sites
Over all the diagram shows the brick manufacturing process. It contains 7 steps to form the bricks.
