The diagram shows the various stages in the production of noodles from flour. At first flour is transported from the storage silos to the mixer where it is mixed with water and oil. From this dough is produced. After that the dough is put through rollers where it is shaped into dough sheets. The dough sheets are then cut into dough strips which are in turn made into noodle discs. The noodle discs are subsequently cooked in oil and dried afterwards. Following that the noodles are placed in cups. After that, vegetables and spices are added in the cups in another station. In the end the cups are labeled and sealed.
