Diagram shows one of the methods how ceramic pots are manufacturing. Overall, the process consists of 12 stages, commencing with digging the surface of soil and ending with the prepared pots.
In the first stage, the surface of the earth was digged by machine in order to get raw materials. Then, these raw materials were taken to the factory by another vehicle. Afterwards, raw materials were crushed using the rotating tools and water was added to it. Following this, this mixture is sent though the tubes and flaws down preparing moulds. Next is the drying process which takes around 4-6 hours.
After it, moulds were assembled in clay pots, in order to get the desired shape. Then, pots were put in the oven hitting 1000 degree Celsius. It was followed by colouring process and again pots were put in the oven for colour firing. Finally, pots are ready for using.
