The diagram illustrates that there are different stages for manufacturing bricks in an industry. This includes eight stages in total involving clay digging, blending, moulding, heating, drying, packaging and delivery to the desired areas. Firstly, the unprepared clay is dug out from the ground and spread over the metal grid. Afterwards, the clay is then blended with sand and water to achieve desired texture. Once the mixture has achieved, it is cut with wire cutter or processed in a mould box. Next, the moulded bricks are heated in the drying oven for 24-48 hours as the first step of drying process. Later, moderate to high temperature from 200*C- 980*C and from 870*C-1300*C are required to achieve hardness and strength of a qualified brick. Once the drying and heating are completed, they are transferred to a cooling chamber again for 48-72 hours as a final and is important stage. Finally, the bricks are ready for packaging and delivered to the construction sites and factories.
