The diagram highlights the process by which manufactured bricks for industrial construction.
Overall, this process includes seven main stages, beginning with the preparation of clay and ending up with delivering products.
In the first step of the process, the clay will be collected by the digger. After that, the clay will be placed on the metal grid and put on the roller, which breaks it into small debris. Subsequently, sand and water will be mixed with the clay, which after these building materials will be cast in a mould, or cut by wire cutter.
In the next stage of the process, after being dried by drying oven for 24 to 48 hours. The kiln will be responsible for heating bricks in moderate and high temperatures, which are 200-800 degrees Celcius and 870-1300 degrees Celcius respectively. Then, the cooling chamber will reduce the bricks’ temperature from 2 to 3 days.
At the end of the stage of the process, these bricks will be packed and get delivered by a truck.
