Overall, this process can be divided into two main stages, beginning with growing the cacao tree in different continents and ending up with pressing the inner part of beans. The first stage of the process is that growing cacao trees in three main places, which are South America, Africa, and Indonesia. After that, these pods will be harvested to collect the white cocoa beans, which after these beans will undergo a process, which is called fermentation. Before being put in large sacks, these beans will be spread under the sun to get dried. Then, either train or lorry is responsible for delivering these beans to manufactory. In the next stage of the process, these beans will be roasted at a high temperature, which is precisely 350 degrees Celsius. After being crushed, the outer shell of the beans is removed. The last step is that the inner part of the beans will be pressed to produce liquid chocolate.
