The diagram depicts the production of ethanol fuel from corn. Overall, there are a total of eight steps in the process, beginning with the storing corn stage and ending with the transporting step.
First of all, corn, which is used as a fundamental material to manufacture ethanol fuel, is put in a suitable place to ensure safe storage before milling and grinding it into powder. After that, cooking those milled corns for 4 hours with water that is added later. This is followed by the fermentation step, the mixture of corn powder and water is fermented, which takes two days. Subsequently, the liquid ethanol is separated from the fermented mixture, during which some solid by-products are taken out. It takes 5 hours for purification to make the final result which is ethanol. Next, products are stored before being delivered to retailers in the final step.
