From that electricity is generated and passed to generator in power station. Then, the electric power is passed to power lines and from there it is supplied to national grid and water is passed to low-level reservoir. In night time, the process is start from low-level reservoir to high-level reservoir. Firstly, water is passed to reversible turbines which pumps water into high -level reservoir. The flow of water in night is in upward direction. Next, water is undergo to dam which is closed in night and from that finally, it go in high-level reservoir. The same process is operated in hydroelectric power station to make electricity every day and night.
