The flow chart illustrates different steps for brick manufacturing for the building industries. It can be clearly seen that, the whole process consists of seven steps during which the raw material is dried, heated, cooled and packed. The first step of brick manufacturing is digging the clay with a large digger. This clay is then filtered by metal grid and processed in roller machine and then, mixed with sand and water. In the third stage, the mixture is either kept in a mould or cut in a wire cutter to make a raw shaped of the bricks. In the next step it till is kept in kiln both moderate and high at 200-980 and 870-1300 centigrade respectively. Later it is transferred to cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. In the last two steps it is packaged and delivered.
