This is how ethanol fuel is produced from corn. Farmers have to plant the corn and processed it. When finally the corn is grown up it is being cut down. Then Corn is Stored in the Wharehouse. In milling process corn is taken out from wharehouse and passed on to the cooking. Cooking is done for four hours using water. After cooking, fermenting is done for four-eight hours. When fermenting process is completed it is passed to separate into two parts. One is solid by-product and another one is liquid. Liquid is ethanol that is purified for five hours. Purified ethanol is done then store in wharehouse where ethanol is stored. Stored ethanol is transported to the industries like chemical where synthethic plastic material are being used.
