Now a days, Ethanol fuel is in great demand, but only few people knows that the ethanol fuel is produced from corn. the process of producing Ethanol fuel consists of 5 steps which takes around 10 to 20 days of time period to complete. Once the Corn crop is ready to harvest, it is then used as basic product to produce ethanol fuel. Corn crop is stored and transfered to factory for milling and then cooked for 4 hours with water. Cooked Corn is kept in tight containers for fermentation for 48 hours. After fermenting, solid residue is seperated from liquid. Solid product is not used further in the process. We take the liquid to purify it, which is called purifiying Ethanol and this process takes 5 hours. When the process is completed and purified ethanol is produced, we store it in the containers in warehouses. Then according to the demand and requirement, Ethanol Fuel is further transported to dealers from whom consumers buy it.
