The given two pie charts depicts the results of survey for the feedback of the consumer service in the Parkway Hotel for the years 2005 and 2010. From an overall perspective, it can be seen that 45% visitors of hotel gave feedback as Satisfactory in the year 2005. It was decreased significantly to merely 17% in the year 2010. Approximately 36% of the visitors was not satisfied with the hospitality and they gave feedback as Poor and Very poor with 21% and 15%, respectively. About 19% of the total visitors most satisfied with services and they were shared feedback as Excellent and Good. In the year 2010, there were huge upsurged in the Excellent and Good category about total of 70%. Merely 17% of people who visit hotel was satisfied with services. There were tremendous dropped in the number of people who dissatisfied with the service was about 16%. Overall, it is crystal clear that the over the period of 5 years the service of the hotel was improved significantly.
