The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.

The pie charts compare the standard proportion of sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar in daily meals which are not good for health if consumed higher. It is measured in percentages. Overall, it is clear that in dinner there is the highest ratio of sodium and saturated fat while the ratio of added sugar is the highest in snacks although all three nutrients are the lowest in breakfast. In terms of dinner, sodium and saturated fat have the largest percentage which is 43% and 37% respectively whilst added sugar is only 23%. Regarding snacks, the amount of added sugar contributed the most which are 42%, followed by sodium and saturated fat accounted for only 14% and 21%. With regard to lunch, sodium and saturated fat, are relatively similar and contained 29% and 26% sequentially; however, added sugar is 19%. Furthermore, saturated fat and added sugar are exactly the same with 16%; hence, sodium is 14%.
