the chart below shows the total number of minutes in billions of telephone calls in the UK, divided into three categories, from 1995-2002. Summaries the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The chart illustrates the numbers of telephone calls during 1995-2002. This chart compares three kinds of telephone communication which are local calls with fixed line, national and international calls by using fixed line and using mobiles for their communication in UK. As the chart shows using fixed line in local communication is so common between UK people and the amount of it increased from about 70 billion minutes to 90 billion minutes in 1999 and that was pick of using this method so after this year, usage of this way reduced and reached to around 70 billion minutes in 2002. The other information that we can give from the chart is international communication increased during this period and it reached to a little bit more than 60 billion minutes from about 37 billion minutes, also it is so obvious that using mobiles phone increased every year and at last reached to about 45 billion minutes from mere 2 billion minutes. Overall, we can find out that although usage of mobiles increased during this period but using fixed line is more popular than mobile, also local calls is more than international calls. An interesting information that we can recognize is gaps between these three methods are reduced.
