Overall, Sodium and Saturated fat consumed during dinner time for about 43% and 37%, respectively whereas Added sugar used up during snack time around 42%. As we can see, Throughout their breakfast meal, people in the USA has low level of Sodium on their meals wherein added sugar and saturated fat remain the same (16%). However during lunch time, 29% of sodium are in their food followed by saturated fat 26% and lastly Added sugar 19%. Moreover, Snacks time sodium was comparatively lower than saturated fat in contrast added sugar increased than the other meals.
