The charts below show different kinds of energy production in a country in Europe in two years. XlNrP
The pie charts provide information about several sources of power in a European country in two years 2000 and 2010. Overall, there were insignificant changes in the percentages of most types of energy production after 10 years, apart from petrol which fell significantly. This country still mainly depended on fossil fuels, with nuclear and renewable energies remaining minimal. In the former year, the production of energy from coal accounted for nearly a third of total generated energy, almost equal the figure for gas and petrol. Meanwhile, the energy produced by nuclear and renewable comprise a small fraction, with only 3. 2% and 3. 7%, respectively. By the latter year, the production of petrol energy had dropped considerably by almost 7% to about a quarter while coal and gas witnessed a slight growth to around 32%. Despite a nearly double climb, nuclear and renewable still made up a minority, at approximately 6% each.
