The chart shows the percentage of unemployment rate in rural areas as well as in urban areas accourding to the quarters of the year. Firstly, rural areas and urban areas both opposite from each other. Where the percentage(%) of urban areas decreases the % of rural areas increases. In rural areas, the cutback rate in Australia, 2012 in first quarter of the year is 6. 5% and is in the decreasing form till second Quarter upto 4. 5%, then both increased and decreased in th third quarters from 4. 5% to 5. 5% to 5% and then slightly increased approximately 5. 4%. and then fall upto 5% in the end of the fourth quarter. Secondly in urban areas, percentage grows up from 2. 2% approximately and is nonstop till the second quarter of the year. From second to third quarter % got decreased upto 2. 1% approx. and then suddden increase in the % till the third quarter ends and then decreased slightly to 3. 7% approx. and enlarged to 4. 9% at the end of the year which is fourth quarter.
