The chart shows the percentage of households in owned and rented accommodation in England and Wales between 1918 and 2011

the given chart shows the percentage of household in owned and rented accomodation in England and Wales between 1918 and 2011. In 1918 the percentage of household in owned accomodation is 24% and the households in rented acomodation percentage is 78% which is very high in comparison to household in owned accomodation. There is 69% of households in rented accomodation where 31% of households in owned accomodation in 1939. in year of 1953 the data of households in owned and rented accomodation remain same as 1939. 59% of households in rented accomodation where 40% households in owned accomodation covers in 1961. There is a big changes of data in 1971 as compared to 1961. the percentage of households in owned and rented accomodation is 50%. In the year of 1981 the percentage of households in owned accomodation is 60% whereas there is only 40% households in rented accomodation. The percentage go higher in 1991 by 68% of owned households accomodation and there is decreasing in percentage of rented households accomodation by 32%. On other side, owned accomodation households cover 69%. Only one percetn of difference with the year of 1991 in the year of 2011 ther is some decreasing the previous data where the percenctage of increasing data as compared to the previous data where the percentage of owned households accomodation is 64% and the percentage of rented households accomodation
