The main purpose of this bar chart is to illustrate the proportion of total internal manufacture such as IT and service industry in the United Kingdom between 1992 and 2000. Overall, as can be seen from this graph is that the IT industry doubled and remained as the most popular product, whereas the service industry has also increased in eight years. To begin with, what stands out from this bar chart is that at the beginning of the period(1992)the IT industry was more widespread in comparison with the service industry, 6% and 4% respectively. During four years the IT industry has experienced a minimal increase(8%) and a slight decrease, while the service industry has continued to moderately rise(7%). It is worth mentioning that in 1998 the rate of computer science production has skyrocketed(12%), unlike the service industry which makes up only 7, 5%. In addition, at the end of the period (2000) IT manufacture has reached a peak at 15%, while the service industry accounted for only 8% which is half the size of the computer industry.
