The bar chart represents the percentage of different supplements than an individual consume during breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks on the regular basis in American. Intaking more nutritions than required can be hazardous. Sodium is most consumed at the time of the dinner accounted for nearly 43% while at the time of breakfast and snack it is consumed at the same amount which is 14%. Meanwhile at the time of lunch sodium intake of an individual is around 29%. Consumption of saturated fats by a human being of dinner is mostly similar to sodium that is 37%. Though there is a slight difference in the consumption of saturated fats at the time of breakfast and snacks which is 16% and 19% respectively. At the time of lunch intake of saturated fats is around 26%. Where as in the intake of added sugar is more in the evening time if compared with sodium and saturated fats. The least consumption of added sugar is in the breakfast period for about 16% and at the time of dinner and lunch it’s around 23% and 19% significantly.
