In the beginning of this period the rending is more popular than owning household. Nearly 80 percent of people rent household and only 20 – 22 percent owned it. During the next periods of this research (1939, 1953 and 1961), rending households continuous to lead with 60 - 70 percent but the owning household became more popular and the percentage increase – with around 32 percent in 1939 and 40 -42 percent in 1961.
