Overall, it can be seen that the heavy fluctuation in the apartment fee over a course reached a peak in the first year of the period. To begin, in the first year, house prices hit the highest point which was just over 10%. Nevertheless, there was a substantial decrease of about 10% to just over 0% in the second year. Between 2009 and 2011, house prices increased dramatically which reached about 8%. On the other hand, building prices diminished significantly from 8% to merely under 2% in 2012. However, apartment costs increased again which took up over 5% in 2013. Then, there was also a sharp fall in which house fees accounted for about merely under 0%. In the last year, the proportion of house price rose sharply again which made up about 4%
