The chart below gives information about the figure of house price change in Hong Kong during the period from 2008 to 2015. Overall, it can be seen that the heavy fluctuation in the apartment fee over a course reached a peak in the first year of the period. To begin, in the first year, house prices hit the highest point which was just over 10%. Nevertheless, there was a substantial decrease of about 10% to just over 0% in the second year. Between 2009 and 2011, house prices increased dramatically which reached about 8%. On the other hand, building prices diminished significantly from 8% to merely under 2% in 2012. However, apartment costs increased again which took up over 5% in 2013. Then, there was also a sharp fall in which house fees accounted for about merely under 0%. In the last year, the proportion of house price rose sharply again which made up about 4%
