The bar chart depicts the percentage of free time spent by the kids from both genders in a certain area for specific interests in a certain period. Overall, the diagram shows that in Australia, both genders between five to fourteen years old are interested in watching TV and videos which also reached a peak of 100%. The study represents and focused on five different activities that young people are interested in doing during the day which involve Skateboarding/rollerblading, bike riding, watching TV/videos, electronic/ computer games, and art and craft. Nevertheless, the boys have a highest percentage than the girls in all the activities with a difference of 10% except for the art and craft group as the girls have a higher interest with a difference of 15% and the other group which is watching TV/videos as both genders have similar percent of interest which is also the peak to reach 100%. Moreover, girls got the lowest percentage in skateboarding and rollerblading activity that lead them to reach 30%, whereas, the boys have less interest in art and craft that reached 40%. Furthermore, electronic and computer games show the second highest percentage for the males that reached 80%. The third activity goes for bike riding as the boys reached 70%. Moreover, the females got similar interest in bike riding and electronic/computer games as they got similar percentage in both activities that reached 60%.
