The chart below shows three groups of Bulgarian have various levels of knowledge concerning to go to another country through the time from 2002 to 2008. According to the chart, one of the categories was the highest in every year, secondary group slightly fell down from 65 percent to 61 percent in 2006. More recently, it has declined moderately to 59 percent in 2008. However, the figure for people with higher education level was the lowest every year, it slowly dropped from 17 percent in 2002 to 9 percent in 2008 and gradually increased to 20 percent in 2006. On the opposite, the primary and lower educated group was moderately increasing from 18 to 19 percent in 2006. It is worth noting that this group was substantially jumping up to 32 percent after 2 years. In general, all the groups were changing steadily after 6 years. Those two higher and secondary education were decreasing slowly. Conversely, the figure of people with primary and lower education was jumping up rapidly.
