The chart below shows informarion about changes in average house prices in five different cities between 1990 and 2002 compared with the average house prices in 1989

The given bar chart presents percentage change about selling of house in average in New York, Madrid, Tokyo, Frankurt and London with 2 different years compared with the selling in average of 1989. Overall, The highest change of percentage occurred at London 1996 to 2002 averages, while the lowest change of percentage at Tokyo and London in 1990 to 1995 averages. According to the data, In 1996 to 2002 averages, London was a place with the highest of selling house and this showed an average of percentages by 12 percent. Same as London, New York followed with second highest of selling consist 5 percent. Madrid and Frankurt in 1990 to 1995 average were the highest comprised by 2 percent and 3 percent, respectively. On the other hand, Tokyo and Japan in 1990 to 1995 average were the lowest place for selling house with an average changes -7 percent. In addition New York and Tokyo were the second least and this showed a slightly different with -2 percent in 2 different period of average.
