The bar chart shows the number of visitors to three London Museums between 2007 and 2012. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

According to the Consumer Expenditure Survey, conducted by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average annual expenditures by Americans on mobile phones and landline services between the calendar year of 2001 and 2010 are illustrated in the above graph. Overall, it is clear that with the passage of time, consumers started shifting towards cell phones as compared to residential phones because of affordability, easy access, compatibility, technical superiority, etc. However, the landline is still a preferred way of communication in some places. It is evident from the graph that the average spending on cell phones has increased significantly from $200 per annum in the early 21st century to more than $750 in the year 2010. On the other hand, the residential phone service industry has experienced a sharp decline in consumer expenditure over the decade, the overall expenditure has fallen to more than 40% between 2001 - 2010. Meanwhile, 2006 can be counted as the threshold year in which the average expenditure of both the sectors are approximately the same, and after which the cell phone industry started dominating the residential services. It is interesting to see that although the average expenditure has increased in one sector and decreased in another, the total average expenditure has remained relatively stable and has been grown slowly.
