The highest rate of un educated men could be found in South Asia about 35%, and the next two countries Arab States as well as Sub-Sahara Africa there were equivalent proportions of not educated people 49% and 53%. However, the least illiteracy rate of male was reported just 1-2% in developed countries. and in East Asia and Oceania occupied second place in lowest illiteracy percentage about just 8%. Finally, in Latin America had around 10% unenlightened males.
