Clay is first dug out of the ground. Then, the clay is placed onto a metal grid and put through a roller. Following the step, the clay is mixed with sand and water. It is put in a mould and cut by a wire cutter to make well-shaped bricks. Regarding the main production, bricks are drying over during 1 or 2 days. Subsequently, they are fired in the kiln with moderate temperature from 200*C to 980*C and these bricks are continued to fire in high temperature in the kiln (970*C-1300*C) before being put in the cooling chamber for 2-3 days. After that, they are transported to different places by truck.
