The table below illustrates the data of a UK survey on government spending across three sectors which are – health, education and other. The data can contribute results from men and women individually and also according to the age categories percentage wise.
Overall, according to both men and women the maximum funds are spent on health which is 43% and 51% respectively, and the least on other areas.
On analysing further, people belonging to 25 to 34 years believed that maximum amount is spent on education 47% compared to health is 34%. Also, people from 18 to 24 years and 25 to 34 years of similar views 19% each being contributed to other sectors. Similar is the case for health 48% each for 34 to 44 years and 45 to 54 years.
On the other hand, Citizens in the age group 55 to 64 and 65 above are of the view that 57% and 54% is spent for health and least that is 18% and 29% on others
