Nowaday, the own a house or flat is not easy. Especially concern with young people. They find it hard to buy their first house. I agree totally. The salary earned is contribuited into many way, after caculated all the cost must cover daily. The money remaing is used for saving. But here is the things, it is too low for the own house plan. Arcording to papers, need to saving at least twenty years if without the investing activitice. Besides, the property prices is a hot tomato issue. The speed pice is faster day by day. The comunition increasing bring result property cost. The properly can not expand but the people more and more. Demand is bigger than supply. That is ecomomy rule. One thing I want to mention, young people need to be more investing activities. Based on the fix salary will be tough for own the house. Try to make more passive income, investing is the good way. Of course it go with risk therefore need to research profound brand that want to oriently. To sum up, own the house is not easy but does not impossible
