PROCESS DIAGRAM: BRICK PRODUCTION

PROCESS DIAGRAM: BRICK PRODUCTION OyWM3
A glance at the given diagrams illustrates the process of how bricks are created. Overall, it is patently obvious that there are seven prominent stages in this process, initiating with digging the clay and culminating in delivering the products. At the first stage of the process, clay from the ground is dug up by a big digger. The next step begins when the clay is broken up into small pieces by a metal grid and moved away by a roller. The clay is then mixed with sand and water before putting in a wire cutter or mould to shape the bricks. Subsequently, the raw bricks are dried in a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours. Following this is the heating of raw bricks in a kiln from moderate( 200oC to 980oC) to high temperature( 870oC to 1300oC). Next, the bricks are refrigerated in a cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours Coming to the final stages of the process, finished bricks are packed and prepared to transfer. Finally, the bricks are loaded on the transport car and delivered to the customers.
