The charts illustrate that the differences in use of electrical appliances and how much time spent doing housework in households in one country from 1920 to 2019. Overall, it is clear that although washing machine’s percentage less than refrigerator and vacuum cleaner percentage at the beginning of the period, vacuum cleaner and refrigerator’s percentage outraced to washing machine’s percentage at the end of the period. Number of hours per week is getting less year by year. Percentage of refrigerator users almost none, meanwhile percentage of washing machine users were 40% and portion of vacuum cleaner was %30 at 1920. Washing machine and vacuum cleaner users steady rose to %70, despite refrigerator users sharply rose to %90 at 1960. Vacuum cleaner and refrigerator kept rise, although washing machine slightly declined during the next twelve years. Vacuum cleaner and refrigerators’ users were same percentage by %100 and portion of washing machine users were approximately %75 at the end of the period. Despite number of hours of housework per week was %50 at 1920, considerably fell to %20 at 1960. Number of hours of household was slightly decreased to %10 until 2019.
