The given pie charts compare the tourism patterns of two countries, Australia and Germany, in the years 1960 and 2010. The patterns of visiting tourists in Australia have significantly changed in comparison to minor changes in Germany. In Australia, in 1960, majority of visitors were from Europe about 53% which has declined to a mere 10% in 2010. Whereas, the percentage of Asian visitors has seen a surge from 10% in1960 to 63% in 2010. There is a minor decline in the percentage of visitors from the USA, which was earlier 12% to be 7% in 2010. Also, there is a 5 percent decline in the visitors from Britain between the two years. Contrastingly, in Germany, there is a drastic change in the percentage of tourists from Britain, which was 20% in 1960 to a mere 6% in 2010. There is also a noticeable change in the percentage of Asian tourists, which was 10% in 1960 to 25% in 2010. So. the charts provide us with significant changes in tourism in the two countries.
