The flow chart illustrates the ways in which dough production is made for the bakery Overall, there are 3 stages of making dough: mixing yeast, flour and water; followed by adding fermentation and finally they are divided into pieces. The first stage of process begins when dry ingredients are mixed with water in an industrial mixer. Having been mixed, fermentation is added to the dough mass ensure the right of texture and to grow inside.
