The diagram illustrates the process by which glass bottles are manufactured to the consumers.
Overall, this is a manufacturing process, consists of 3 main stages with 11 steps, starting with collecting used bottles from customers and ending with packing to the supermarkets.
At the beginning of the process, used bottles are being collected from the customers. They are recycled at the collection point. Next, these recycled bottles are being delivered on a truck to transport. After being washed under high pressure water, they are separated into 3 types: clear, green and brown. This process is following by transporting 3 types of distributed glass to glass factory in order to converted into many pieces of glass. Those pieces are then burned in furnace at a high temperature. After being heated, recycled liquid glass and new liquid glass are put into mould to have a permanent shape. The final stage of this process is filling and packing to delivered to the supermarkets for the customers.
