The pie charts illustrate the proportion of five types of energy namely gas, coal, petro, nuclear, and others in France between 1995 and 2005. Overall, it can be seen from the chart that the most significant power was gas and coal which account for a half. In the period of 10 years, there was a minimal change in the percentage of energy. The percentage of gas slightly rose to 1% in 2005, that was 19. 83% in the first year. 1995 saw a growth in the percentage of coal, which made up 30. 93% in 2005. Both energies were the highest percentage of all at half in 1995 and 2005. With regards to remaining methods of producing energy, A dramatic rise was seen in the rate of nuclear energy in 2005 to approximately 4%. Only the percentage of petro witnessed a wide decline to 10%in 2005 of all figures.
