The Diagram presents the growth process of a dragonfly. It is also noticeable that there are various stages in the development, from egg to mature adult. According to the diagram life begins as a tiny egg which is laid under the water in the summer. After one week later, each egg hatches, and an immature insect or nymph appears in the fall. Then, it eats and grows under the water in the winter. When the spring come, the nymph leaves the water and climb up a plant, then, it molts. Consequently, it is an adult dragonfly. During the summer, the adult spends its activity flying in the air, hunts, eats insects, and reproduces, beginning the life cycle once again. On the contrary they live like this for a few weeks or months and in the near future after its life is over. It takes one year to complete the life cycle of a dragonfly.
