In my opinion, books are important part in every person’s life. They can improve our skills such as vocabulary and mind which are so significant for humanity. My project, which I am still working on, is aimed at looking book sales in UK from 2009 to 2015. I have found some data on this issue and organised in the bar graph below. Overall, from the graph it can be seen two main features. The first one is that the highest number of the book sales were in 2011. The second feature is that in 2013 was the lowest number of millions, it decreased from 340 to 170. It is also worth mentioning that books were significantly less popular in 2009 than in 2011, the difference in the number is about 20 million. I am predicted that the main problem of decreasing book sales is internet, it can help people to find all information which they are need. Also, children use internet from childhood and didn’t know about significance of books. Furthermore, the reason can be a money. These days, people have a bad salary and they cannot afford to buy their favorite books. In my opinion, the solutions of these problems can be a parents or government. I believe, mothers will decrease a children’s time for using internet and management will improve worker’s salary for their efforts. Whatever, state can change a price on books. In conclusion, I believe that in future humanity will again use books in their life. (250)
