It is considered that description of healthy individuals lifestyle is attaining nutritional diet habits, doing exercise and avoiding anxiety. There are certain requirements important for staying healthy in nations, which are mentioned in subsequent fragments. To begin with adapting vitamins and minerals rich diet and avoiding junk food habits is first requirement for staying healthy. when masses start attaining greenleafy vegetables, grains, milk and fruits. These eatables things produce excessive amount of energy in human body and help to fight against antibodies, which cause various physical problems. Apart from this, nowadays, everyone has habit of eating junk and oily food. when individuals eat that food convert into sucrose after mixing into blood, it produce fat in body, which not only cause obesity but also cause some respiratory problems such as asthma. Despite eating these food, they should make habbit of eating hygenic and nutritional food, which assist to live healthy. For instance, the organization of WHO had survey in canada 79. 9% of Canadians adapted healthy and nutritional diet. They felt happy about eating habit and reduced some physical problems like breathing discomfort and indigestion. Moreover, enhancing punctuality in daily life is another requirement. when they start making time table and complete work accordingly on time. This assists to reduce burden from their mind. Most of masses have stress about completing work. If they adapt habit of punctuality, they can reduce some psychological problems such as depression, insomnia and illusion. Along with this, everyone should spend time with their near and dears like family members. Which help to give relaxation and feeling of comfortable. When they share their feelings emotions with someone. They can stay happy and healty in their life In conclusion, being healthy is essential for everyone.
