Now a days, retirement age is a controversial issue and one of the debated topic among working people. Retirement age depends on countries. Some people believe retiring at the age of 50 is effective where as some prefer to retire at the age of 70. I personally believe that retirement age should be 60. Well, taking retirement at early stage that is 50, will be burden to their family as well as dependence. It might possible that they have taken some loans for children's education or for home. To avoid such conflict, I would not recommend to retire early. However, at the age of 65 to 70, that means at late age, people usually face problems related to health. Due to this productivity will reduce in the organization. Eventually it will impact on growth of company. Some experts researched that old people are not that adaptive to learn new things and they usually prefer traditional methodology. 60 is the most efficient age of retirement. At this age, someone can enjoy their life with their love ones and spend some quality time on personal hobbies. In addition, some can prefer to invest their own space into social work as well as spiritual things. In conclusion, 60 age would be ideal age of retirement and it should accepted by individuals so that we can avoid the differences.
