To Walmart customers service department
I am writing in order to complain about the smartphone I ordered online from Walmart on November 27th.
I have bought a Samsung S21 ultra 5g smartphone on Black Friday sales. It was the last S21 phone available in stock. After about 2 days, I received the phone and became shocked after unwrapping it.
The first thing I would like to draw your attention to is the phone’s model. As you can find on attached order confirmation receipt, I have ordered a Galaxy S21 but what I received was a Galaxy Zfold! . The difference is clear and I cannot believe how Walmart can make such a mistake. In addition to this, I realized that the screen is also broken (not only the protective glass but also the screen itself). It made me very disappointed.
To make the matter worse, I was unboxing the phone online on an Instagram live show and the audience reactions were unbearable.
It is not acceptable that an online retailer giant like Walmart makes such a boner and sends the wrong model phone with a broken screen.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could replace the phone with the requested model and if that model was not available please give me a full refund.
I look forward to receiving a replacement.
