Dear Sir,
My aim of writing this letter is to inform you about our dissatisfaction regarding food service in your restaurant. Our organisation members usually meet in your restaurant and like the food every time they eat. However, we faced unexpected experience in our recent visit to your restaurant on April 20.
We ordered a meal of curry, a mix of vegetables and bread. Moreover, it took 1 hour for the preparation, and it was acceptable due to the weekend rush. After that, the food taste was not good and bread half-baked also looked not fresh. We complained about food to the supervisor, and her behavior was so rude.
At the end, I would like to give a piece of advice, give priority to food quality which every customer wants and provide training to staff on how they deal with clients in a polite way.
