Dear Mr. Tahir, I am writing this letter to bring into your notice the gradual decline of the condition of the buses being driven across the city. The conditions have been worsening gradually and have risen to an extent where I am forced to switch my means of travel. I would like to highlight the irregularity in the timings of the bus which is worsening day by day. Also the cleaning and sanitization of the buses are not been followed as per schedule. I board the bus at New Town Stop at 9 am to go to Sweden University. I have been commuting by the bus for the past six months. However from the past two weeks, the bus reaches the stop after 9: 20 am due to which I am not able to attend my classes on time.
