4. You started a new language course a few weeks ago. Write an email to your friend explaining what you find easy and what you find difficult about learning English. Write bw 150 and 200 words.

Dear Katie, How are you? I’m doing really well. As you know, I’m doing a language course to learn English, and so far I’m doing fine. I thought that since I was studying English at school, and watching a lot of TV shows, this course would be really easy, but I was wrong. At the beginning, it was extremely challenging and hard for me to focus. The teacher is a native speaker, and she speaks really fast, so I had a hard time understanding her sentences. Eventually, I got used to it, and everything became much easier. I started to enjoy the course, made new friends, and spoke a lot of English. We are doing writing tasks this week, so I hope I can practice my grammar as well. I have high hopes for the next couple of weeks. I’m looking forward to see you, and to hear from you. Love, Ilka
