Therefore, this essay will discuss the benefit of mass tourism in the context of economy, and society, especially in living conditions. Fundamentally, this essay will argue that mass tourism disadvantage is out scaling its benefits. The essay will address the benefit of mass tourism. Moreover, overpopulation in one certain area can cause overconsumption and over-collection resource, especially water and electrical, along with a surge of the waste generation that pressure heavily on the local ecosystem (Mullis 2017; Garau-Vadell et al. 2018 pp. 69; Lansky 2019). Moreover, the impact of mass tourism on the environment can be emphasized through the picture of the Great Barrier Reef of Australia that mass tourism has magnified the danger of the Barrier Reef by enduring visitors run on coral reef, which has already been under danger from climate change (Higgins-Desbiolles 2018; Lansky 2019).
