It is clear that living in foreign country has it's own positive and negative effects. Which become reason of major social problems as well as practical problems. I agree with this notion. However, I think anybody coming in another country should respect notional culture. There is no denying that foreign language can become a cause of language barrier, which means that person coming from another country might not be speak the same local language which there habitats always use therefore, they cannot understand each other's. moreover they not communicate with anybody as well as not explor the local culture of country. It may be bad impact on visitors.
