Overall, it has shown that, females dominate primarily parts of the non-manual, on the contrary males working in both manual and non-manual categorized jobs. At first, the rate of female employees accounted for 27% of other manual portion of jobs and males followed with almost the same range 26%. Moreover, managerial and professional portion was the highest indicator for males 36% while females constitute of relatively fewer 29%.
